On August 12th, during his visit to St. Matthew Orthodox Church in Green Bay, Bishop Paul elevated the Priest Eugene Wozniak to Archpriest, installed him as Rector of St. Matthew, and on behalf of Metropolitan Tikhon presented him the Retired Military Chaplaincy Cross. He also tonsured the servants John Douglas Bisbee and Paul Novak as Readers. Axios! To Fr. Eugene, his wife Presbytera Toni, and the servants the Reader John and wife Linda, the Reader Paul and his wife Debra. God grant you many years!
