Church School and Sisterhood Combine Efforts to End Childhood Hunger in ChicagoCHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — The Church School and Saints Martha and Mary Sisterhood of Holy Trinity Cathedral here will host a bake sale to benefit “No Kid Hungry” on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Sunday, August 30, from noon until 3:00 p.m.  There will be treats for people and pets alike.  All proceeds from the bake sale will be donated to No Kid Hungry to help end childhood hunger.

For those that cannot make it that weekend, email krlardin@gmail.com for information on placing a pre-order or making an online donation.

Bake Sale for No Kid Hungry is a national fundraising initiative that encourages people to host bake sales to end child hunger in their communities.

The Cathedral, designed by renowned Chicago architect Louis Sullivan, will also be open for tours.
